These terms govern your access to and use of the TrustCompass platform. By creating an account or using the service you agree to them.
Subscription & fees
Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law.
Acceptable use
- No attempts to bypass authentication, rate limits, or tenancy isolation.
- No uploading of unlawful content or material you don't have rights to.
- No use of the AI gateway to generate prohibited content.
Customer data
You retain ownership of all content you upload. We process it only to provide the service and per our Privacy Policy.
Warranties & liability
The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability is limited to the fees paid in the preceding 12 months.
Termination
You may cancel at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for material breach of these terms, with notice where practicable.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
